Westbrook Lemon Blueberry Gose Muffins



This recipe has three parts- the topping mixture, the muffin batter and the sugar glaze on top. I will go in order of what will be easiest, feel free to follow me or go at it on your own.

What you will need:

Topping:
• 5 TBS Melted Butter
• ¼ C Sugar
• ¼ C Honey
• 3 TBS Westbrook Gose
• ½ C Flour
• ½ C Quick Oats
• ¼ TSP Salt
Combine all into medium bowl, stir and set aside


**Preheat oven to 350F at this point**Line muffin tin with cupcake liners-you WILL need these-the crumb topping sticks to the pan and will be EXTREMELY difficult to pull out of the pan with no liners(even if greased). 

Glaze:
• 2 TBS Westbrook Gose
• 1 TBS Lemon Juice
• 1 C powdered Sugar
Combine in small bowl, stir and set aside



Muffins:
• 2 C Flour
• 1 ½ TSP Baking Powder
• ½ TSP Salt
• ¼ C Melted Butter
• ¼ C Honey
• 1 C Granulated Sugar
• 2 Large Eggs
• ¼ C Milk
• ¼ C Westbrook Gose
• ¼ C Lemon Zest
• 1 Tsp Vanilla 
• 2 C Fresh Blueberries
Combine In large bowl, stir and pour in muffin tin





Directions:
• Bake for 10-15 minutes-Pull out tray and apply crumb topping




• Bake for 10-20 more minutes or until golden brown.
• Check the center with a toothpick to make sure the muffins have finished cooking 
• Allow to cool then add glaze on top
• ENJOY!!
